Rooms were OK, although the beds were too hard. Need instructions on how to turn on/off shower head. Room was clean and staff were pleasant. Bathrooms need a make-over - too small.

DONT DO IT!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I travel ALOT. Walk up to the front door, smells like cat piss. Walk inside and the lobby is nice, the guy at the front counter was watching tik tok the whole time he was “checking me in” which consisted of him asking my name and handed me a key card without tell me where my room was or what number is was. When I got to the room the window was wide open (that’s not supposed to open). The curtains had mold on them, the bed had dead roaches around it, and the room stinks. Go to the front to switch rooms, second room smelled just as bad and the mold on the curtains was worse! Got a refund and left immediately.

Very clean, nice breakfast, great people...

Stayed here while passing through Richmond on a business trip. The staff, especially Rachel, we're very accommodating and friendly.
The room and bathroom were very clean as was the entire hotel.
Breakfast was very good and prepared well.
Great place. If you are going to or passing through Richmond, this is a good, safe, clean place.

Great check-in, friendly staff. My room was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The price was very reasonable for an excellent night's sleep.
