A homeless shelter in the hood
If you have even an ounce of dignity this the la Quinta north white marsh Rosedale location is not for you. First room had stained sheets and reeked of dog so I requested another room. I had my 83 year old mother with me who stated she was too tired to move or I would’ve just found another hotel. Unfortunately it didn’t stop there when i went to the the restroom there was a tampon in the toilet all the while I’m trying to fake like I’m okay so that my mom didn’t get upset so I flushed it. I went to wash my hands No soap! Thank God I brought my own I went to Iron. My clothes NO iron. I went to the front desk the man w/ no name badge stated house keeping come in at 10 AM the next day. I get on the elevator and the door didn’t close and heard water in the elevator shaft so I took the steps and thought i stepped into a housing projects stairway. So I went back to the elevator the door closed but very slow and I prayed I didn’t get stuck. As I’m waiting I realized how disgusting the elevator was and there’s no safety inspection label in the elevator. A woman luggage was stolen out of her car which caused me to get up and monitor my car through out the night. This was all in the FIRST NIGHT!!
Needless to say I looked for a room the next day which by this time the prices went up and we’re very expensive. So I had to remain at the local shelter (la Quinta) 1 more night. And there was roaches

You can tell the staff takes great pride in their Hotel.
So clean and so nice
Would recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be staying here again
