The front desk in the morning is of excellent service and help. The security is second to none be it with all the security cameras

Then the next day the hotel had no hot water so we had to go to a friend's hotel to shower( had somewhere to go). The hotel staff acted like it was no big deal.
Overall just a horrible experience.
