Disgraceful treatment of the hotel owner towards the guests
Booked 2 double rooms and confirmed them by email.
Three weeks before our arrival, I called the hotel owner to ask for a deposit, to which I was told that it was not necessary because payment can be made on site. When we got there, everything was closed and there was no staff at reception. After a short phone call, a man came and introduced himself as the caretaker. We were immediately informed that there had been a booking error in the administration and that only one double room and one single room were available to us. The colleague who made this booking is currently on vacation. After we had inspected the rooms, I suggested that we keep the rooms after all, but only pay for the double room (as booked, requested and confirmed). The single room is provided to us free of charge because it was not our mistake and we were willing to sleep in a double room with three people. After a brief telephone conversation with the hotel owner, the phone was handed over to me. The man on the phone immediately started lying. Apparently the guesthouse had suffered water damage overnight, which the caretaker knew nothing about. When I asked why I had not been informed, the man on the phone said that he did not have any of my information. I then told him that all the necessary information had been noted by his management when I made the booking. And we had also recently spoken on the phone about the deposit. The man on the phone became loud and cheeky, saying that he gets so many phone calls a day that he cannot remember them. And the management is on holiday. My comment was that it is not my fault if the management does not work. I am the guest and have travelled 6 hours, why do I find out on site that there are no places to sleep? He shouted at me on the phone and threw us out. Even the caretaker who was there with us was shocked and apologized several times. The whole situation was very unpleasant for him. The hotel owner did not apologize, but behaved like an unscrupulous businessman. I would advise anyone not to stay at this guesthouse to avoid such inconveniences.

Terrible
After we had booked 2 rooms and had traveled 6 hours, the caretaker told us on site that our rooms were no longer available. After we wanted to speak to the owner, he was unfortunately only available by phone and showed us outside without any explanation. According to the evidence, this "guest house" had an email address and phone number, but there was no prior contact. Therefore, absolutely not recommended, shocking and disappointing.

Ein Bett - ein Bad - kein Komfort
Die angegliederte Gastronomie hat nicht geöffnet.
Wenn man schnell ein Bett braucht in Ordnung, sonst nicht.
