Please inform Redvue Holiday Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours are from 09.00 to 16.00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Redvue Holiday Apartments in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. To secure your room, a deposit of 1 night's accommodations is required at time of booking. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel your booking at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. The deposit will be taken from your credit card the day of booking, alternatively, you can request our bank account details to do a direct credit. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. A Security Bond of $300.00 for Apartments and $150.00 for Studio Rooms for an individual booking or $500 for a group booking will be taken from your nominated credit card on the morning of your arrival to cover any breakages, damages or excess cleaning in our apartments. The security bond is released on inspection of the apartment/room upon departure. This can take up to 5 days to clear. For safety and security purposes we will require all guests to provide valid photo ID (passport/driver’s license) via our online check in prior to arrival. Please be aware that studio and apartment sizes do vary. Please note that all rooms are individually decorated, and the photos are only meant to be used as a guide. Please note apartments are NOT serviced daily. If your stay is longer than a week, we do offer a mid stay service. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2% charge when you pay with Master/Visa credit cards or 3% when paying with American Express.
