Værelset nyrenoveret og rigtig dejligt.
Men resten af hotellet trænger til en kærlig hånd, man kan dog se at det så småt er igang. Der er egentlig alle faciliteter til et meget skønt hotel - men det skal opdateres. Vi var her for ca
20 år siden, da var serviceniveauet højere og mere professionelt - men vidste vi ikke dette havde vi ikke tænkt over det ved dette besøg.

Family weekend break
My 5 year old son loved the separate kids room (curtained off) and his own TV. The aquariums on every floor and the treasure trail on the back of the kids menu kept him entertained.
We ate at Rowans restaurant (I’d recommend an early sitting if you have small children, as it did get very busy later on) and enjoyed the pizza and the steak. There was a mix up with our dessert order so we had to wait quite a while for these, but the staff were very accommodating and deducted the cost from the bill. Our son really enjoyed his brownie, and the fondant was also delicious.
Breakfast was also very good- the pancake machine in particular was a big hit with younger guests.
There was a tribute act performing on Saturday night in the night club in the basement. We were on the second floor and did not hear any noise from this- we slept really well.
We used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.
All staff we encountered were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and the lady working in the gym on Saturday.
Thank you for a lovely stay- we will be back.
