i am pleased that you found our staff to be helpful and pleasant.
i apologise for the internet access but Virgin Media have been having problems in the area recently.
When you visit us again if you come into reception and check in we would be happy to arrange for someone to come down to your car with you and bring your luggage into the hotel

All of our rooms have toiletries. In some of our rooms they are in the mirrored cabinet above the sink.
We do only have limited parking on our site but the public parking is just opposite the hotel and our guests find it very secure.
We hope you will consider booking with us again.

Fire gode nætter på kan nævnes Gibside Hotel
Maden - fremragende, især den morgenmad.
Værelser - indretning god, og i god stand, varm - ødelagt af at være nødt til at flytte værelser på grund af defekt brusebad.
Fælles områder - alle rene, godt vedligeholdt og godt opvarmet.
Adgang - kan være et problem på nogle etager på grund af manglende elevator.
Parkering - hotel parkering meget begrænset, men der er offentlig parkering kun ca. 10 meter væk på omkring £ 1 . 50/Dag.
