Very expensive for what they offer
The room was on the 1st floor so my view was to the Carrefour express opposite and the Chinese corner.
330€ a single room every night.
The room was nice, with failures that a hotel of its category and price should not have, such as that the air conditioning went when it wanted or that the bathtub screen did not close well and you had to be careful not to flood the bathroom.
Very cute but impractical gel/shampoo bottles. It couldn't be pressed to get the product out.
The hotel staff good attention, to highlight Xisca, a great Pro at the reception.
Chaotic breakfasts and that wasn't very crowded. You can order tortilla or eggs right away, but there's nobody taking care of it. You ask for it from any waitress who runs past the room and after half an hour comes out with the dishes and does not know which table has ordered them.
I went up to the attic terrace. The pool is just for getting your feet wet if you're not too apprehensive. It's just a puddle of water. I had the worst mojito I have ever tasted in my life, in a plastic cup for €12.
The waitress, a young, brunette girl with root braid, a mess and I was unlucky enough that I was in the restaurant the day I had dinner there. I asked for a wine, he looked at me disgustingly and never brought it. I had to claim it from another partner.
The hotel is for adults, but at breakfast there were babies and children crying and screaming.
The nearest beach is known to be the most familiar in Palma, so you pay for an "adults only" hotel and on the beach you have to put up with kids playing ball, screaming and ill-mannered without parental control. It doesn't make sense.
Summarizing: Expensive, poor views and Pro restaurant staff. I'm not coming back.

Special place
The hotel is a small yet beautiful place to stay , it does try very hard to accommodate everyone’s needs and expectations and I don’t think you can compare it to many other places that I have stayed ,
It’s location is amazing right in the front and very easy access to the beach, it has a small marina which rents boats out for a small fee ,
If it’s night your after this is not the place for you but if you want to relax and enjoy the warm seas and great views with calmness and amazing food it’s definitely worth a visit ,
The area is mainly European and not too many Uk citizens , children are always well behaved and pleasant
A very good variety of restaurants
My advice would be to book in advance to avoid disappointment,
The hotel offer massage and it also has a small spa with a pool and sauna
It was my partners birthday and I asked for flowers and a cake and some wine etc on arrival again all done without any hesitation or problems , some of the rooms have a small outdoor bath big enough for 2 adults to fit in very easily again well worth it
Cabrera is amazing and a must visit by sail boat , we booked a day trip with one of the local companies before hand , this may sound expensive but it’s worth it all the same , we will definitely be coming again

Honest Review of Hotel Honucai
I would like to extend my gratitude to the restaurant and rooftop bar staff, who were consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The evening meal at the hotel was delicious, with plenty of variety on the menu. Each day, there was a fish, meat and pasta option. However, the breakfast was quite continental, consisting mainly of bread, fruit, and cheese.
Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was less positive. Upon check-in, we were not provided with any information about the restaurant, our room location, or other hotel facilities, such as the pool.
We had reserved a room with a small private pool and were excited to enjoy the privacy it promised. Unfortunately the room's pool area was not as secluded as expected, as it offered a direct view into the neighbouring balcony, compromising our privacy.
Additionally, when we checked into the room, we noticed that the patio door leading to the balcony was missing a handle. Although we did not report it immediately, in hindsight, we probably should have. On the second day, the situation escalated when the door came of its frame and shattered all over the balcony and into the pool. Fortunately, no one was injured.
We informed the reception right away, and the head of reception promptly sent an engineer to fix the issue while offering us complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar, which we appreciated. However, we were informed there were no other pool rooms available, so we were moved to a standard room for two nights, followed by a lateral sea view room for the remainder of our stay. While we understood the situation, we were slightly disappointed as we had specifically chosen the hotel for the room with a plunge pool.
As compensation, the hotel initially offered us half board, which we had already paid for. After further discussion, they provided €200 in hotel credit, which we accepted. Unfortunately, during this conversation, one of the receptionists rolled her eyes, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Throughout the experience, no one offered to assist with our luggage, despite the multiple room changes we had to make in a short period of time. Additionally, we observed some safety concerns around the hotel, such as exposed nails on the rooftop near the pool area.
Overall, while we appreciated certain aspects of our stay, there were several areas that could be improved, particularly in terms of service and safety. Most likely will not return.
