Dejligt hotel, men hoppe over morgenmaden
Det eneste negative, jeg vil fremhæve, er, at morgenmaden er overstået - prissat for hvad du får, hvilket heller ikke var meget godt, men bortset fra det, et vidunderligt hotel at bo i.
Vi brugte Uber's til at udforske byen, og de er meget billige.

Støjende nat
Mens vi reserverede bad vi om et helt rum, da vi er lidt støjfølsomme, som blev værdsat af hotellet.
Ved ankomsten lærte vi, at der var en fødselsdagsfest på hotellet. Det viste sig at være den værste nat på et hotel. En halv time efter midnat klagede jeg over støjeniveauet, der forhindrede søvn. Jeg troede, jeg checkede ind i en diskotek. At være på anden sal havde vi støj langt ind på natten.
Det ville have været retfærdigt at nævne en natfest med støj ved reservationen, mens vi bad om et helt værelse. På denne måde føler jeg mig fuldstændig narret og meget irriteret over, at gæster bliver sat på anden prioritet over en fest - hvad en service.

We apologize for inconvenience during your stay here on September 14th.
I understand your frustration eligible, despite the fact that your room was as far away as possible from the venue of the party. We asked the guests several times to mute the music.
We sent an information to you immediately after reservation on 13th about closed restaurant for private event reason, but the music was not mentioned.
Please, forgive us.

I sent you a personalized letter via e-mail after your departure on 7th of July, 2019.
During your check-in I explained non-smoking policy and consequently applicable penalizing for breaking the law in a written form. Despite that, you disagreed to sign this document and we made an exception for you and did not insist on signing it.
It is a standard tool to authorize certain sum on credit card
as a guarantee for extra services, like dinner, drinks, minibar items, massages, etc. by reservations paid to a third party.
Continental breakfast as per 10 € per person includes all items served in the menu. Additional items are charged according to the assortment and prices presented in breakfast menu card.
Our conversation was held in a polite and friendly manner.
It is true, that hotel Albrecht is located on a steep castle hill, with very easy access to the city / 20 Minutes walk, 10 Minutes by public transportation/ with a beautiful view on Bratislava.
