Nice stay in great hotel
Good breakfast, however wasn't provided with any of the services which was pointed during buying the stay, haven't been asking for them though but thought they will offer tea experience by themselves

I had a nice time at the hotel for a quick layover. The location was great, an easy walk to the airport line. The shower / toilet were in the same room so it got a bit wet. Also the heat never seemed to come on so the room was about 17 degrees.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Because it was raining when we arrived at the hotel, the hot tea and towel offered was greatly appreciated. Front desk even escorted us to the room, giving us a quick briefing of the various amenities in the room. They were very efficient in answering any queries we have. It was also very clean. A very pleasant stay.
A reminder for guests taking the metro to get to the hotel… metro exit closest to the hotel does not have escalators to ground level. Exits do not always have both up and down escalators. We struggled a bit with our luggage, even though it was not super heavy.
The location of the hotel is very good if taking the metro to various sights.

Was near the North gate entrance of the city wall and also near a metro stop. But a little far from the main sites downtown.
