Fra det øjeblik vi tjekkede ind og kom ind i vores værelse, blev vi mødt med omhyggelig omhu. Amy, der var ansvarlig for vores gulv, havde sådan en varm og venlig holdning. Der var altid et oprigtigt smil på hendes ansigt, som fik os til at føle sig hjemme og afslappet med det samme.
Når det kom til oprydning af værelset, Amy's arbejde var virkelig fremragende. Hver dag, når vi kom tilbage udefra, ville vi finde rummet skønt rent. Sengen blev gjort perfekt glat, uden en eneste rynke i synet, og puderne blev placeret lige rigtigt, hvilket gjorde det så indbydende, at vi ikke kunne vente med at ligge ned og slappe af.
Jeg er virkelig taknemmelig for Amys dedikerede service under vores ophold. Hendes bestræbelser gjorde vores tur meget mere behagelig og sjov, og også forbedret vores gunstige indtryk af dette hotel. Jeg anbefaler varmt alle at komme og opleve den fremragende rengøringsservice på Raffles SZ!

Fantastisk oplevelse
Og jeg vil gerne dele en af de mest mindeværdige service her er jeg har en stor overraskelse hver gang jeg kommer tilbage til værelset. Personalet leverer frugt og dessert til os. Det er så varmt at se, at der er en sød kartoffel suppe på bordet efter vi gik udenfor om vinteren.
Jeg er sikker på, at jeg kommer tilbage til ferien senere.
