Good location, easily accessible to the shopping malls nearby.
We stayed with two other families, the kids had so much fun. The living room is big and the beds are comfortable.

Nice place, nice location, huge room with big refrigerator, washing machine. easy check in. In front of shopping mall. A quiet place to rest. Everything was great. Will come back someday

Great location, close to most tourist sites. Friendly staff, quick to provide service when you need it. There’s a stove in the kitchen, you can make food if you have your own pot or pan which guests don’t particularly bring on their holiday. A microwave would have been more useful.

This is a service apartment than a hotel. The apartment is a newly refurbished suite with large screen projector TV and comms unit in the lounge, kitchen, shower room and a washing machine in the balcony.
Had a bit of difficulty finding the building as there is no signage outside and it’s not the photos shown on the website. The reception is located on the 6th floor, to get to the room, I had to walk to another block on the podium and take another lift to the relevant floor.

Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift.
The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so.
We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water.
The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste.
It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment.
10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.
