Rimelig oplevelse. Personalet var meget godt. Restaurant mad var okay, ventede næsten en time på de få ting, jeg bestilte, selvom stedet var tomt. Elite-fordele for Spire: gennemsnitlig opgradering af værelse, adgang til lounge. Restaurantrabat gælder kun for nogle menupunkter. Værelset var for varmt, da temperaturkontrollen ikke fungerede. Badeværelset var lille. En god grund til at bo er tæt på HQ lufthavn. Service fra loungepersonalet meget god.

Dejligt hotel i Xingfu-området
Jeg har opholdt sig på dette hotel mere end 10 gange og stadig en høj belægning der.
Men selv dette er stadig rart, et par ting viste, at hotellet begynder at blive gammel, og ledelsen tager måske ikke sig som før om individuelle gæster.
Jeg havde dårlig erfaring med morgenmaden i kaffebaren, men lederne kom til undskyldning for forholdene. Du føler, at flere og flere unge skolekammerater arbejder, og at ledere forsvinder i tidlige tider.
Loungen har også sænket sine standarder og er blevet meget billig nu med møder der bringer meget støj inde.
Men stadig venlige mennesker, dejlig beliggenhed.
Men selv dette er stadig rart, et par ting viste, at hotellet begynder at blive gammel, og ledelsen tager måske ikke sig som før om individuelle gæster.

We glad to know that you like our friendly associates and nice location. Meanwhile as you may already notice that in order to offer guests a warmer living experience, we are constantly updating and improving the facilities and equipment, i.e. all our gym equipment upgraded with latest model from Lift Fitness; TVs in the guestrooms have been changed; new washlet has been installed for the toilet in all club rooms in the main building. Moreover, hotel is launching refurbishment to enhance movie elements in public areas, including lobby, lobby lounge, public corridors as well as certain guestrooms from 2018.
Young trainees working in the hotel is a trend in our industry. We’d like to develop them, as they are the future of our industry.

Placeringen var absolut stor, 10 minutters gang til et indkøbscenter med restauranter og Starbucks. Supermarked var 2 minutter væk. Personalet kunne tale fair engelsk, morgenmaden havde en stor variation sammen med international mad. Værelser var rene og ryddelige og husholdning var meget nyttigt.

Dejligt hotel
Opholdt sig i sidste uge og havde en meget fornøjelig første tur til Shanghai! Værelset var behageligt og morgenmaden var fantastisk med masser af valg. Michael var meget imødekommende for vores gruppe og leverede nogle fantastiske anbefalinger om ting at gøre rundt i byen. Hotellet ligger i en meget praktisk beliggenhed, kun 5 minutter væk fra metroen, og der er masser af restauranter i nærheden, hvor du kan spise en bid

God beliggenhed
Hotel har brug for større renovering, værelser i "gamle" del især badeværelser er langt under standart for 5 stjernede steder, sengetøj er godt, de fleste af personalet venlige, få kunne forbedre, morgenmad tilbud for mig medium placering for 5-stjernet placering, Makarel altid fuld af knogler, i andre hoteller kan du ikke finde knogler, Pinapple om sommeren skal være frisk og ikke fra dåse.
