Beautiful family holiday
Positively noteworthy is the very friendly staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The whole facility is uncomplicated and clean, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The beachfront location is beautiful and the accommodations are modern and well equipped – air conditioning, dishwasher and TV leave nothing to be desired. The restaurant has fully met our expectations and offers delicious dishes at reasonable prices.
Unfortunately, there are also some negative points. The pool rules are very strict: Children under 14 are not allowed to enter the pool area or swim alone, which was very disappointing for us with children aged nine and eleven. Our children can swim well, but unfortunately that didn't count.
The regulation on the beach was also a nuisance. Although we were often the only guests on the beach, we were not allowed to use free loungers. Only two loungers were reserved for four people, additional loungers were very expensive and nothing was provided for children. We were also not allowed to set up our own blankets or tents. Customer Service could definitely be improved here.
Another negative point was the inflexibility of the Booking Referral. Despite several requests, we could not arrange this retrospectively, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, we had the impression that special requests and changes are difficult to implement.
Overall, we enjoyed the holiday, but there are some areas where management could be much more customer-friendly.

Watch out if you go with children of 3 years there is the risk that they leave them fasting, after spending a lot 'for Full Pension at the end of the season we discover that my child who turns 3 in September is not included, and to make him eat you have to access the restaurant for a fee. The restaurant looks like a hospital canteen, chosen between two first and two second courses, offering pasta with meat sauce, tomato and pasta with cream, breakfast with counted croissants, trouble if you want to do an encore. Convenient takeaway service but plastic water bottles recycled from tables and then filled even not, the least hygienic thing that can exist.
Very kind restaurant staff that poor people have to make up for the inconvenience created between the organization between village and restaurant being two separate structures.
The partner beach is distant but very equipped.
Bravo the animation guys.
As a client of the Club del Sole I must say that this structure does not even remotely reflect you.

Great camping but little animation and bleak evenings

Almost total disappointment
If one puts money at stake that he earns all year and books with the confidence of finding what he was promised because the previous year he was in Rimini (fantastic) and had a great time and is told that he will find the same thing because he is
the management itself is disappointed and angry because nothing we found matched expectations.
I travel with two grandmothers with mobility problems and the beach is far away.
Bungalows for dogs are dirty
neglected and small the sgambamento area is only one and the dogs are very good the dog trainer the bau beach is a handkerchief far from the water under the scorching sun without fenced areas and deck chairs for the furry even the bowls you have to bring. Thanks to Marco the night watchman who showed us a veterinary clinic open 24 hours a day.
In the evening if you leave and return after midnight you can not get back in the car and there is no parking around there.
On balance, I'd say I'm never going to this place again.
