Ikke centralt, men værd at bo i
Transportsmæssigt er det nemt at komme fra Centraal til dette hotel på ca. 15 minutter så ideelt virkelig

While we are pleased to hear that our staff were welcoming, we regret that there were certain aspects of your experience that did not meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that they did not sufficiently answer all of your questions; we constantly strive to equip our staff with all the necessary knowledge to assist our guests.
Concerning the bus stop's location, we understand that the walk can be inconvenient, especially during colder days, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the city's infrastructure. It is also unfortunate that the metro's route did not align with your travel needs; we usually recommend the bus for a more direct and faster connection to the city center.
We acknowledge that our lobby's size may not meet all guests' expectations for a gathering space and we take this feedback seriously. Moreover, we note your concerns regarding the immediate vicinity of the hotel and the pricing. Our pricing reflects the prime location and amenities we offer, and we regularly review our rates to ensure they are competitive within the market.

Okay hotel for en nat
Alt andet var en skuffelse.
Vores værelses størrelse, vi næppe havde plads til vores bagage. Toilet ligner et flytoilet.
Morgenmad var begrænset og koldt. Til frokost og diner er der ingen restaurant omkring, tog vi bussen til centrum.
Beliggenhed, intet omkring men bussen er effektiv, den 22 tværs af gaden tager dig i centrum.
Måske fint til en nat.
Jeg ville ikke vende tilbage.

However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are designed to be compact and functional, and we understand that space is at a premium when traveling with luggage. We regret that the breakfast offered did not meet your satisfaction. Our Ibis Kitchen provides a variety of hot and cold options, and we take note of your comments to ensure the quality and temperature of our food. Additionally, while our hotel does not have an in-house lunch service, we hope our guests will explore the local flavors of Amsterdam's vibrant dining scene, easily accessible via the nearby bus service. We are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations. We will follow up on this with our team.
Finally, it is wonderful that you took advantage of the bus service located just across the street for easy access to downtown. Our central location and proximity to public transport are aspects that many of our guests value highly.
