Havde Iftar-buffet på Nara restaurant
En ting, som min ven og jeg ikke kunne lide var en dame personale (hun lignede managering personalet) ikke af restauranten, men hotellet var efter min mening spørger mig selv rundt med håret løs i nærheden af maden. Første, for at følge i en restaurant for hygiejniske formål er at kræse eller fold i håret pænt. Selv om kommunen reglen er meget strenge i sagen.
Vidunderligt sted. . . . Fremragende mad. . . . Fremragende personale. . . . Helt sikkert et sted, du kan stærkt anbefale det til andre.
Havde ikke mulighed for at bo på hotel denne gang, men vil helt sikkert gøre det.

Clean ..rooms are wide .. and excellent services
We chose Ela Grande in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates for an unforgettable family vacation. After reading many positive ratings and warm recommendations from past visitors and thanks to our previous positive experience we felt this hotel would be the perfect choice that combines luxury, comfort, and a prime location, where we wanted a relaxation and fun experience, and the hotel did not disappoint, and I will leave here some rating details
2. Location: Located in the heart of Al Ain, the Ayla Grand Hotel makes it an ideal base for exploring the area’s sights and cultural sights. Just a few steps away is Al Ain Mall, one of Al Ain’s largest malls, where we ⁇ shopping and dining at a variety of restaurants, and the hotel’s proximity to the border of Sultanahmet (Primary) gave us a unique opportunity to easily explore two different cultures.
3. Bookings: The booking process was a special experience in its own right. We reached out to the General Manager at our previous hotel visit, who in turn directed the reservation section to contact us, where we dealt with a protest and a victory, who were very professional and attentive to all our needs. As we are a large family of four children, we were looking for ample space for comfort for all. They gave us valuable tips on top accommodation options, and we were able to book a three-bedroom suite that caters to all our needs.
What really surprised us was their attention to detail - they made sure to provide a complimentary extra bed as requested and make sure the suite is located on a high floor to provide the utmost tranquility - thank you very much.
4. Reception & Entry: Upon arrival at the hotel, Zarish and Gaezel greeted us with a warm smile and a warm welcome, served by Dereka, Malissa, Mary, Ali and others during our stay. The hotel''s flagship lobby was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a strong smell that adds an air of luxury as if you''re in one of East Asian countries... Zarish made the check-in, but I hoped you would be a little faster in check-in especially because we came from a four-hour trip, but Zarish showed great attention to our comfort and detail, making us feel like special guests, and referred to all the hotel's facilities.
Our stuff was transported by Aron and Aaron Entrer, with a creative smile, Aron is almost a star of this hotel with his service, support and constant smile, thanks for someone like Aron.
5. Rooms and Suite: When we opened our suite, we were pleased with the ample lounge space and the presence of a dining table, and we loved the design that combines modernity and traditional Arabian elegance... The suite spans more than 120 square meters, allowing us freedom of movement and feeling at ease.
• Salon: It was spacious, with a large, comfortable sofa for the whole family, a dining table, and a TV with various space channels. Lighting was slightly low, adjustable to different vibes, both for reading and watching movies.
• Cuisine: Fully equipped including microwave, electric oven, large refrigerator, water cell, and coffee maker. All necessary cooking utensils and equipment were provided, and we used it to prepare tea and coffee at any time.
• Bedrooms:
o Main Room: It was luxurious in every way. The king-sized bed is large with comfy mattresses and soft pillows. There’s also a closet. The large window overlooks a farm, with heavy curtains that prevent light from entering those who love to sleep in the dark.
o Other rooms: One with two single bedding and the other with a king-sized large bed, perfect for the whole family, and an extra bed was added, the decor was simple and elegant, with art panels adding a warm air. Each room has a small table locker.
6. Bath and circles: The bathrooms were a luxury experience in their own right. The suite has three bathrooms:
• Main Bathroom: Located within the main room, with a separate bathtub and rain shower. The walls are cobblestone, sufficient supplies are provided, including shampoo, solarium, bathtub, soap, toothbrush, and pastries. Soft and bright bathrobes are provided for the whole family.
• Other bathroom: Room-shared with rain shower and washing machine.
• Junior Bathroom in Lounge (No Shower)
• Having spices in all the bathrooms was something we loved as an Arab family. Towels were clean and soft and changed daily.
• The cleaning was excellent, with no spots or marks on the rooftops. The mirrors were bright, and the bathroom lights were good.
7. Some Amenities: The hotel offers a range of facilities that have added a genuine value to our stay:
• Rooftop Pool: An unmissable experience. The pool is large and clean, with a private, secure children''s area. The view from there of Al Ain city was beautiful, especially at sunset. We had fun time with the family and the pool side service was good.
• Fitness Center: Enjoy my son using jem.
• Public Lobby: The lobby is spacious and elegantly decorated, with cozy seating and a café with a variety of drinks, what I loved is the Arabian coffee and cloth in the lobby.
8. Restaurant & Food: We really didn’t try the restaurant.
9. Housekeeping service: The housekeeping was more than excellent, and Mango, Bijay and Jai helped us during our stay. The room was daily meticulously cleaned, with regular towels and bedding changing. If we needed anything extra, like extra pillows or toiletries, they responded quickly. This attention to detail made us feel disappointed, unfortunately we didn’t meet everyone who cleaned the rooms to thank you very much.
10. Comfort & Sleep: Sleep quality was good. The beds are comfortable, with body support mattresses and soft pillows of various sizes, there was little noise from the outside and the room that was above our room, but the hotel staff informed other guests that our comfort should be respected.
The heavy curtains completely shut down the light, allowing us to sleep late without hassle. The adjustment system was efficient and easy to control, allowing us to adjust the right temperature.
11. Price for service: Honestly, we felt it was an excellent value for what we paid. The level of luxury, top-notch service, and facilities made our stay worth it all. Mr. Mohamed Susan, General Manager, was always there to make sure all guests were satisfied, and we noticed his attention to detail and his care to provide the best experience possible, so much to thank, welcome, and his attention.
12. Parking and Check-out: When it was time to leave, Ashwin and Arun of the concierge helped us load and drop in our car without delay, and Ashwin, Arun and Unip helped us lot with our parking at the hotel, and the check-out process was smooth thanks to Giselle and Carla at the reception, who took care of every detail and guaranteed us a safe trip. The staff''s professionalism and attention to making our experience comfortable until the last minute were highly appreciated.
13. Overall experience: Our stay at Ayla Grand was a memorable experience that combined comfort, luxury, and attention to detail. We felt like we were in our second house and each family member found something they loved. Service was outstanding, staff were professional and friendly. The hotel exceeds all our expectations and has beautiful memories to keep with us.
After this wonderful experience, we will definitely return to Ela Grande on our upcoming visits to the eye. Whether you’re traveling as a family, couple, or for business, this hotel is highly recommended to anyone looking for a special stay—it truly captures authentic Arabian hospitality.
