Rent facility men meget støjende!
Den anden ting, der var mere end en smule irriterende var det faktum, at der var ingen bad og toilet på værelset og kun en fælles 'kollegie som' badeværelse ned ad gangen. Det var ikke tydeligt for mig, da jeg reserverede værelset, så det var en stor overraskelse da vi ankom. Hverken jeg eller min kone var glad for det.
Tredje, det var den første aften var der ingen aircondition, og værelset var meget varm! Nogen må have klaget fordi den næste nat var meget køligere.
Fjerde, ingen sko er tilladt på fødderne inde i kroen. Dette gjorde det hele lidt besværligt som entréen er meget lille og der er ikke nok plads til to personer til at passere på trappen. Prøv at bære din bagage, en lille taske og dine sko op ad trapperne!
Femte, Inn reklamerer med 'morgenmad inkluderet", men der var ingen andre muligheder end ristet brød og morgenmadsprodukter, og kaffe, hvis du ville tage tid at gøre det selv. Jeg har rejst rundt om i verden og de steder hvor vi tilbyder morgenmad er nu blevet meget bedre organiseret og har en meget mere omfattende udvalg end på dette sted.
Til sidst, for den pris, jeg var ikke imponeret. Fuld suite hotel værelser i Calgary er til rådighed for langt mindre end dette, og Omsætningsafgiften kørte omkostningerne højere. Jeg kan stærkt anbefale dette responshastigheden denne facilitet og så gå til den Holiday Inn i stedet. Du vil ikke fortryde det $ 30 dollar stigning.

I'm happy you noticed how clean the room is. The economy rooms are small and efficient, newly renovated and Eco Friendly. There is a choice for rooms with ensuite bath and you chose the private shared bath.
The baths are completely gutted right down to the plumbing which has all been replaced as well. In my experience, dorms do not resemble at all our bathrooms. Our bathrooms are completely private, with granite countertops and full, new, six foot walk in showers. The crystal light fixtures add a touch of class. In my opinion, the shared bath would be similar to what you would expect to find in an upscale bed and breakfast. They are private and have a hallway entrance.
We have large triple pane windows and the walls have sound-proofing but unfortunately people who speak loudly and do not consider the time, though rare, can be encountered anywhere.
I had a similar experience at a reputable large chain hotel and felt very frustrated so I understand your disappointment very well. I am a light sleeper and while my husband usually sleeps through, I hear every sound on our travels.
It is very important to us to have a very peaceful, healthy environment and we will look into ways to continue to improve.
Our guests appreciate and comment on our quiet retreat- like atmosphere at The Inn with the subltle scent of Young Living essential oils in diffusers and used for cleaning floors.
Finally, I would like to explain why we ask guests to remove their shoes. Shoes carry many dangerous toxins which permeate the air. We have replaced carpets with European Standard Cork based flooring to promote clean air. A large chain hotel would have great difficulty doing this but we are able to do this to promote clean, fresh air for our guests as well as for our workers.
It is our intention to promote good health and avoid toxins while at the same time respecting our environment.
When people realize the difference a carpet free environment makes, they often begin to look for these benefits and are eager to partake in promoting a healthy environment.
We provide slippers on request for comfort and find that many guests bring their own 'travel slippers'. I'm always amazed by our savvy travel guests!
We continue to do our best to improve as we strive to provide an exceptionally clean and fresh stay to our guests from around the world.

We strive to do our very best to provide our guests with clean, quiet and comfortable rooms at most affordable prices. Our location is safe and yet close to the university, downtown, the river and convention sites.
Our fully equipped kitchens allow our guests to make their own meals according to their budget, their tastes and their food preferences or restrictions.
