Rimelig pris, jeg siger, du får hvad du betaler for. Desværre bryder vi os ikke om at kontakte efter timer for at klage over en utilfredshed og tilstand af vores hytte, kun en nat, og jeg havde bare brug for lidt søvn.
Alt du kan sige udover det venlige personale kabinen giver jeg det 1 stjerne. Værelset var urent og uhygiejnisk. Vi havde ingen vandtryk overhovedet derfor tog vi en drypregn.
Air con smelte ligesom det havde aldrig været renset, defiantly mold ligesom lugt. Jeg tænkte på, at vi ville få nogle dejlige air con og et afslappende ophold efter en lang dag med at rejse. Jeg ender ikke med at bruge det, da lugten fra luften fik mig til at føle mig syg fra duften. Der var skimmel i nærheden af air con ventilatoren. Røgalarm frakoblet. Om morgenen var der intet vand i toilettet, før jeg spylede det. Køkkenet tapper heller ikke vandtryk. Hjørne gulv i badeværelset, når vi trådte på, ligner at rive væk. Varmtvands systemskabe havde hår, vand og støv. Jeg vil ikke skrive mere der er for meget. Jeg holdt lige og var ude der næste dag: - (

At the time of your stay, tree roots had disrupted our pipes and plumbers were called to attend which led to low water pressure. All air-conditioning units were serviced earlier in the month however we will double check these. We value guest feedback and the issues you have raised have been addressed with management. We can only offer our apologies for falling short of the mark on this occasion. Thank you for complimenting our staff service.
